Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology’s Ideal Org on Váci Road.
Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary brought together a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.
During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and interfaith dialogue. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
